In the olden days complains of health problems are fewer as compared to now inspite of having no proper medical facilities.The only reason is enough body exercise and pollution free environment.It doesn’t mean every body in olden days were performing YOGA.The search for food and lively hood made their body move strnously which ultimately have provided them enough body exercise.We are juggling in a world where in we pay no attention to our health until some disease grips us showing its effects on the body.
